Atomic Batch Settlement
A single smart contract call transfers USDC between all members. All-or-nothing. No partial settlements.

No gas for the user. Balances are signed off-chain and a whitelisted relayer pays the network fee. Spliz charges 0.1% on settlement, $0.10 minimum.
