Everyone has an account.
No group does.
Your groups never had an account. Spliz settles the after today. The pot and the card are coming.
Everyone pays on their own, then it all clears at once. No one fronts, no one chases.
Settled in one transaction, USDC on Base.

THE MECHANISM
This is called atomic settlement: one transaction pays every balance in the group. If a single signature is missing, nothing moves. That’s why nobody has to chase.
One transaction, every balance in the group. While a signature is missing, nothing leaves. When the last one lands, it all ships in the same block.
USDC is pegged to the dollar, so the amount doesn’t drift. Settlement runs through the contract on Base: Spliz never touches your funds, it transfers straight between wallets. No one can undo it. Network fees? We pay them.
Nobody fronts for the group. So nobody has to chase. Nobody has to play banker anymore.
DONE
Spliz splits to the cent. Totals always land clean. Nobody pulls out a calculator over $1.20.
No more fronting the bill, no more “I owe you”. Everyone signs, everyone pays their share, at the same instant.
Nobody asks because nobody fronted. Once everyone has signed, it all goes in one transaction.
No admin, no running tab in your notes. The group has its balance, and anyone can check it.
TRANSPARENCY
0.1% on what actually moves, $0.10 minimum. We bundle transfers to shrink the volume: fewer payments, lower fees. You see the exact number before you sign.

TRUST & SECURITY
Spliz never holds nor accesses your funds. The contract on Base transfers directly between member wallets.
Connected via Google or Apple? Your wallet is created and protected by Privy (encrypted key). Using your own wallet (MetaMask, Coinbase Wallet…)? You keep direct control.
Settlements use USDC, a stablecoin pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, backed by cash reserves.
Base is a fast network built by Coinbase. Transactions confirm in ~2 seconds.
No one can be charged without their explicit signature. Every member must approve.
No email, no phone, no legal name stored. Your identity is just your wallet and a nickname you choose.

FAQ
It’s the bill arriving and nobody reaching for it. It’s the friend you have to remind two weeks later about a $12 transfer. It’s you not daring to ask for your share. Spliz removes that moment: everyone signs, everyone pays at the same time, nobody fronts for the others.
A settlement where every payment happens in one transaction, or none do. As long as one signature is missing, nothing moves. Once everyone signs, it all goes at once, in USDC, on Base. You don’t need to trust anyone to pay: the contract handles the settlement.
Other apps stop at the calculation. Spliz signs and pays. One transaction, every balance moves, every share lands in the right wallet. No follow-up needed.
You receive an invitation link by message. Tap it, the app opens, and you join the group in one tap. First time? The link takes you to the store to download Spliz.
No. Sign in with Google or Apple and your wallet is created on the spot. Already have one? Connect it.
Spliz takes 0.1% on settlement, $0.10 minimum. Everything else costs nothing: no subscription, no hidden fee. Network fees, we pay. You see the exact number before you sign. For a $100 dinner split 4 ways: about $0.03 per person.
Each member reviews the expenses and signs when they want. As long as one signature is missing, nothing moves. On the last one, everything settles at once.
Your wallet is protected by Privy (encrypted key). Settlements run through the contract on Base: Spliz never holds your funds, and every transaction is readable on Base.
Your recovery phrase is a sequence of 12 words that represents the access key to your wallet. It's the only thing that proves these funds are yours. Spliz doesn't store this key: it lives only on your device and on the secure spliz.app/export-wallet page when you choose to export it. Save the phrase somewhere safe (password manager, iCloud Keychain, paper in a safe). It's what lets you recover your funds even if you lose your phone or change sign-in methods.
As long as you've backed up your recovery phrase, your funds are yours. You import the phrase into MetaMask, Rainbow, or any Base-compatible wallet, and regain access. If you have NOT backed up your phrase and you lose all your sign-in methods (Apple, Google, email…), your funds are permanently lost. Spliz can't restore them for you.
No. Apple, Google and email are 3 ways to open the SAME wallet, not 3 different wallets. If you lose access to all these methods at once (phone stolen + email compromised, for instance), you lose access to your wallet, unless you've backed up your recovery phrase. Linking multiple methods protects against losing ONE method; backing up your phrase protects against EVERYTHING.
A stablecoin issued by Circle, pegged 1:1 to the US dollar and backed by cash reserves. 1 USDC = $1, that’s it.
You can transfer USDC from any wallet or exchange like Coinbase. In-app purchase options via partner services are coming soon.
