Which app to split expenses with friends?
Spliz lets you add shared expenses, choose equal, weighted or exact shares, and see each person’s balance. Friends can join the group as guests by link. In-app payment is optional and uses USDC on Base once the required approvals and funds are in place.
How is each person's balance worked out?
Every expense has a payer and beneficiaries; add up what each person fronted, subtract what they consumed, the rest is their net balance. Spliz does it on every expense, in your currency.
Does it work without a joint bank account?
Yes, that is the point: everyone keeps their money, settlement goes straight from one to the other.
What does it cost?
Nothing to track. 0.1% of what moves at settlement, $0.10 minimum, shown before you sign.
